FAQ

What is your lead time?

Our typical lead time is 6 to 8 weeks, however this is dependent on the scale and design of the piece and could be longer.

We do! However it depends on the nature of the wood. The overall process from start to finish is usually longer and more expensive. We have to assess the wood, and make sure it is properly kiln dried, or look at having it dried properly to begin working with it. There are a lot of factors that go into the piece to make sure our customers have no issues down the line.

We do! We offer free delivery within a certain distance from our shop, or a flat fee depending on your location. This includes delivery and setup/installation of your piece. We also ship countrywide!
